Withdrawal of purchase must be made by email, sales@ourpadelstory.se , where your order identification number should be entered. When the order is received by Our Padel Story AB and we have made sure that it is in unharmed condition and unused the refund will be made.

When cancelling a purchase, the consumer pays the return shipping and must be able to validate the return upon demand, therefor you should always ask for a receipt from delivery company.
